CANCELLATIONS

Accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Email info@dessertcandleco.com with your order number and subject "Cancellation Request." After 24 hours orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your candle arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.

WRONG ITEM

If you received the wrong scent, email us immediately. We will ship the correct item at our expense.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on burned candles. Unused candles in original condition may be returned within 14 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. 

DISCOUNT CODES

Spin-to-win codes are single-use, non-transferable, valid on Drop 1 pre-orders only, and have no cash value.
