When does Drop 1 ship?

Drop 1 orders placed before July 17, 2026, ship by July 20, 2026. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

What is a Drop?

Each drop is a new set of dessert-scented candles available for a limited pre-order window. Drop 1 has 6 scents. Once presale closes July 17, those scents are retired.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Canada and the United Kingdom. Rates calculated at checkout.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. PO Boxes accepted via USPS at domestic rates.

Do you ship to military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all US military APO/FPO addresses at domestic USPS rates. No surcharge.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order. Email info@dessertcandleco.com with your order number and subject "Cancellation Request." After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.

How long does the candle burn? 

Our 8oz soy wax jar burns approximately 45-55 hours with proper care.

How do I get the best burn?

First burn: let the wax pool reach all edges before extinguishing and give it 2-3 uninterrupted hours. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every burn. Never burn more than 4 hours at a time. Stop use when 1/2 inch of wax remains.

What is soy wax and why does it matter?

Soy wax burns 90% cleaner than paraffin, lasts 30-50% longer, and holds fragrance better throughout the entire burn.
